February is for "CARING"
February is the month of deep winter, Valentine's Day, and our newest holiday, Family Day. Our class has decided to focus on the character trait of "caring" to go along with these special days. Check out www.values.com/caring for great inspirational quotes, billboards, videos, and audio ads.
During our field trip to the MacLaren Art Center, our students created beautiful textile art in the fashion of Indonesian Batik. Some wonderful examples are on display in our front hall display case, while others are hanging in the classroom. Your child's art will be coming home at the end of the month.
